  City Councilmember Raul Campino revealed that if Recreation Centers get their full hours of operations back, maintenance will be reactive than proactive.
  Rec Centers can be fully open, but the lack of maintenance will take a toll on cleanliness and anything that needs to be fixed or maintained. Poor maintenance leads to closure and/or Hepatitis A outbreak.
